Welcome to FluencyPro. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Offered

FluencyPro provides online English communication training through:

One-on-one live sessions
Structured communication programs
Trial/demo sessions
Flexible learning schedules

2. Enrollment & Payments

All course enrollments must be completed through full or partial payment.
Fees once paid are considered confirmation of your seat in the program.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
FluencyPro reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Trial Session Policy

The trial session fee is non-refundable.
Trial sessions are meant for evaluation purposes only.
One trial per user is allowed.

4. Session Scheduling & Validity

Sessions must be scheduled in advance based on trainer availability.
Course validity will be defined at the time of enrollment.
Missed sessions without prior notice may be marked as completed.
Rescheduling must be done at least [6–12 hours] in advance.

5. Trainer Assignment

Trainers are assigned based on availability and suitability.
Users can request a trainer change.
FluencyPro may provide demo sessions when changing trainers (as per policy).

6. Code of Conduct

Users are expected to:

Maintain respectful communication with trainers
Attend sessions on time
Avoid misuse or disruption of sessions

FluencyPro reserves the right to terminate access in case of misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, and methods are the property of FluencyPro.
Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, or resell any content.

8. Limitation of Liability

FluencyPro does not guarantee:

Job placement
Salary increase
Specific results

However, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and measurable improvement in communication skills.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy (Primary Rule)

All payments made to FluencyPro are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate payment
Technical error from payment gateway

(Subject to verification and approval)

3. Course Discontinuation

If a user chooses to discontinue the course midway, no refund will be provided.
Remaining sessions will not be converted into monetary value.

4. Rescheduling & Extensions

Extensions may be provided in genuine cases (subject to approval).
Users must inform in advance for any scheduling changes.

5. Trainer Change Policy

Users can request a trainer change.
FluencyPro may provide free demo sessions with new trainers to ensure satisfaction.

6. Cancellation by FluencyPro

FluencyPro reserves the right to:

Cancel or reschedule sessions
Change trainers if required
Terminate services in case of policy violation
